Since 1980, the Alstonville Leisure & Entertainment Centre (ALEC) has been a community hub located in the heart of Alstonville. The ALEC is a versatile space and has the capacity to host conferences, trade shows, meetings or workshops; theatre and live performances; as well as a range of sporting activities. All facilities at ALEC are available to hire.

The Meeting Room, located off the foyer, can accommodate up to 20 guests and has access to a small courtyard. It features a retractable wall for dividing the space for breakout areas if required.

The Multi-function Hall can seat up to 300 people and is the perfect for theatre, live shows, dance and exercise classes.  With beautiful parquetry floors and direct access to a commercial kitchen, the multi-function hall is an ideal venue for conferences and business events.  The multi function hall features a portable stage; 2 change rooms and full room length mirror.

The Sports Hall is available to host large events such as Trade Shows and conferences with access to the commercial kitchen.  It features 1 full Senior multi-purpose sports court, and 2 Junior multi sports courts, with a specialised compacted rubber floor that can be used for a range of physical and sporting activities such as Netball, Basketball or Volleyball  - or a perfect space for instruction demonstrations or team building activities.
