Pioneering an unconventional tradition, Philip Shaw Wines celebrates 30 years in Orange. Our Koomooloo vineyard and winery, located on the slopes of Mount Canobolas, is family owned and specialises in crafting cool climate wines of elegance by our 2nd generation winemakers.

With exquisite gardens established around our 1870’s bluestone barn and Cellar Door facility, we can host a range of corporate events, utilising all areas of our property from the Cellar Door, Gardens, Butter Factory through to our extensive grounds and Winery.  

We offer flexible packages for cocktail & canape style events through to sit down lunch or dinner menus, sourcing local produce and prepared by our resident chef Francesco Zarrella.
