Quantum Brewery is located in the heritage listed Old Moruya Cheese Factory, that has been in private ownership untill 2023 when it opened its doors with the Moruya Artisan Factory, now home of Quantum Brewery and GraniteTown CafeBar. 

Boasting a quality CafeBar with a wide range of beverages, relaxing music, chesterfields and a brewery mezzanine bar, or for those that prefer being outside a lovely deck & beer garden.
