Cape Byron Distillery is perched in the heart of the Brook Family's 96 acre Macadamia Farm (Brookfarm) surrounded by subtropical rainforest in the hinterland of Byron Bay. At Cape Byron Distillery we keep true to the time honoured traditions and art of distillation whilst creating spirits that capture and showcase the unique terroir of the Northern Rivers (greater Byron Bay region).

Join us for a private 2 hour tour of our Distillery.  On arrival, you will be welcomed to the cellar door with a refreshing Brookie's Gin & Tonic, produced at Cape Byron Distillery.  Then enjoy a guided tour through the subtropical rainforest - a magical experience to smell, see and touch the botanicals that are used in the gin, whilst learning about the history of the Big Scrub Rainforest. Like us you will fall in love with this special place.

Once back in the distillery you will be lead through an in-depth tasting of our products… and no doubt a few special surprises!  To finish, relax on the deck with a seasonally crafted cocktail overlooking Brookfarm, watching the birds and enjoying the view.
