Capers Guesthouse is boutique function centre and accommodation provider offering an experience of luxury and country charm with traditional impeccable service.  Elevated over the Wollombi Valley, the sprawling country house is built from convict-hewn sandstone blocks and the authentic markings in the interior walls echo the heritage of the area and the nearby Great North Road. The materials were originally part of the dismantled wing of Sydney's 'Rum' hospital on Macquarie Street.

Catering can be provided for a dinner, drinks, corporate retreat, or any type of function for up to 20 guests. This property is available for exclusive bookings of the entire premise. There are also 5 guest rooms, each featuring ensuite bathrooms, local eco toiletries, fridge, tea and coffee. The rooms, in two wings of the Guesthouse, flank a central lounge and dining area with a central double-facing fireplace.  All rooms open onto the wide sweeping verandas with views of the valley and gardens.
